I've set a challenge for you guys and girls it's called my 14 day Empty stomach aerobics workout. Give me 3 minutes of your time and i'll explain what its all about.

Basically what you are going to do is first thing in the morning you are going to do 30-40 mins cardio on a empty stomach. This can be done on a treadmill, bike, cross trainer, rower or if you don't have any equipment march on the spot to your favourite song or morning T.V show.

The reason I ask you to do this is because doing aerobics on a empty stomach forces your body to use fat and muscle mass for fuel instead of it's preferred source of fuel which is carbohydrates (which would be your breakfast). My clients have been achieving great results with this, one of my female clients dropped a dress size in 14 days using this tip.

To improve your results even more I suggest you 5-6 small meals consisting mainly of protein and good fats, cut out the carbohydrates after lunchtime.
